You don't say!Angry
Oh my lord! This should get consideration for "post of the year" too. If you know that your aches and pains stem from sitting at a PC all day, why not simply take a break from it for a bit?Despite Lacey Evan's advice I constantly eat frozen and processed foods, weigh about 140 pounds, and am suffering no nutritional defects. But keep talking about how processed foods are going to kill you or "give you cancer".
"You might get colon or prostate cancer from eating all that shit."
"Eat a nice healthy meal."
1) Who's going to cook that meal? Not me.
2) Even if someone was here to cook for me do you really think I give a damn about how "food" is going to kill me? Do you know what will kill me? This excruciating muscular pain from 20 years of posting crap on message boards. This arthritis, this back pain, this elbow pain that never goes away, because I spent 20 years playing video games on my PC all day every f***ing day. THAT hurts. Not food. When I eat a processed TV dinner I'm not suffering any pain.
So I don't give a shit about what the nutritionists say, or what any f***ing quacks tell me. "RECENT STUDIES HAVE SHOWN CONSUMING SOUP AND PROCESSED FOODS LEAD TO CANCER." Oh yeah, do they? Because a soup has 100 calories. And we're supposed to limit calories according to your f***ing quack science, to under 2000 calories a day. So now I can't do that? Which one is it?
Keep under 2000 calories, or "eat healthy"?
"EAT NATURAL FOOD"
I can't afford natural food, dumbass
Even if I could with my "unlimited funds" I'm not taking the time to cook natural vegetables from scratch rofl.
I'm fed up with fake science and fear tactics. They won't stop me from enjoying food. You don't say!
You have the freedom to eat what you want but don't promote ignorance my man.I'm fed up with fake science and fear tactics. They won't stop me from enjoying food.
You know what's bad for you? Smoking. Tobacco or pot. Clogs up your lungs, sick shit. I don't smoke.
I think I'm fine. No diabetes no smoking.
What's to be worried about? Oh no no processed food is coming! Cancerous chemicals!
Ever hear of the FDA
Whoa! I thought you were against eating lamb for ethical reasons! If processed foods cause cancer why hasn't there been a congressional investigation. Why hasn't the FDA made it illegal. Heck you cannot have goat or lamb on the street in America because of food safety regulations. But they'll allow these alleged cancer chemicals in our food. Be real.
I'll tell you why. Because the study link a correlation or statistical trend. They don't imply causation. "Cancerous chemicals" if they exist aren't CAUSING cancer.
The studies they do are literal click baitYou have the freedom to eat what you want but don't promote ignorance my man.
Who cares about sodium it won't kill youWhoa! I thought you were against eating lamb for ethical reasons!
Are you aware that there are canned soups that may be heathier than others? Campbells has a wide variety of low-sodium soups and they taste fine. Yes they are still "processed" but low sodium is still better than full of sodium.
My wife has an MD and a MPH with a nutrition focus. I don't read or participate in clickbait shit. The studies they do are literal click bait
Who cares about sodium it won't kill you
Is sodium bad now
Msg used to be bad too...
Too much sodium is bad for the heart and can also cause swelling in parts of the body like feet/ankles/hands/wrists.The studies they do are literal click bait

I just feel like most of it is overhyped. Again I'm fully healthy nutritionally and I eat like shit. My issues I'm concerned about are my muscles which are sore from playing games for 20 years, not because of my dietMy wife has an MD and a MPH with a nutrition focus. I don't read or participate in clickbait shit.
Fake news.Too much sodium is bad for the heart and can also cause swelling in parts of the body like feet/ankles/hands/wrists.
And I always make sure to say "no MSG" when ordering Chinese food.
My point is that neither you nor I is qualified to state that your existing health issues are independent of your diet.I just feel like most of it is overhyped. Again I'm fully healthy nutritionally and I eat like shit. My issues I'm concerned about are my muscles which are sore from playing games for 20 years, not because of my diet
This part reads like a Jiminy cricket post lolFake news.
My good friend Todd English went to Israel by the dead sea and said that all the salt mines there were great and that salt was good for you.
