Nice. I cook. Normally do a new recipe on the weekends, everything from scratch, can get a bit expensive. Did a leek and potatoe soup this past week in the pressure cooker.

Risotto, paella and gumbo are a bit intimidating for me though.

I would be really into cooking if I didn't have to make meals for a preschooler. She is wonderful but she's not always a wonderful eater. I love to cook but rarely get to do it.

As of now, there's no joy in cooking or really anything at all, really. Why am I telling you this? I don't know, now I'm just rambling.

EDIT: Actually, if you have a recipe for that soup i would like to try it
