I fly United all the time and rack up miles and they wanted me to get better economy seats to rack up PQP miles to upgrade my premier status

Well I only had 3 qualifying flights and I would have to take 10 flights by December 31st to qualify

there's no way I could upgrade to Premier Silver by the end of the year. f*** that I'm not paying extra

Also the way they hook you is the ticket is 150 dollars right. Nice. But then you have to pick your seat. And if you move up closer to the front they throw in some more fees.

Ridiculous.
