he is right that beef tallow should be put back in ALL deep fryers. I have one local burger place near me that uses beef tallow in their fryers and it is amazing. At home I cook with tallow, butter, and camel hump fat most of the time

All I eat is carbs on long bike rides you dingus. Usually bottles with 200-400 calories which is nothing but carbs and I can drink 6 of them on a single ride.
