I thought the US was going to have an easier time with Finland. I'm still going with them over Sweden. Should be a hard fought game though.

Swedens top 2 newspapers for some reason one of them finds Ilkay Gündogan and whatever the f*** he’s up to more interesting. I can guarantee you it wont get you more clicks though. Even if the other article is mostly about the swedish players getting congratulated by the girlfriends.

Why do you even care when you're not in the game? If the situation was reversed I wouldn't care one bit whether Finland or the US won this game. I seriously don't get this obsession you Finns have with us.

There's some tremendous trauma still going on. Many people over here remember the long goldless streak (at any level) when Sweden was clearly better than Finland, especially the heartbreaking losses in 2003 World Championships and 2006 Winter Olympics against Sweden.

Me, though? I've been a die-hard hockey fan only since around 2010 so my memories are rather good.
