So far I actually think Sweden has been playing better, they have had way more chances - but they just can't score - the most important part of the game ...

They're kinda the same shit populated by Macf***s...

Sallomonsson and ASP just aint my cup of tea as a pairing

I just hate the chemistry on that pairing

been that way for a majority of the tournament.
Agree. Salomonsson ends up watching ASP do his own thing and backs him up, foregoing his own potential to use his skating to jump into the play. ASP is a bit chaotic defensively, too.

Don't know why the Swedish announcers are talking about blindside hits since I can't find anything in the rulebook saying that's not allowed. Pretty sure the McGroarty hit is just a big legal hit. Can't put yourself in that vulnerable a position going toward the slot.

Blindside hits count as Charging according to Hockey Canada's ruleset ("v. Delivers a body check to an opponent’s blind side"). IIHF is typically very strict on careless hits, but a quick google search doesn't turn up anything.

Disagree. Bad read by Willander on the goal but ASP and Salomonsson have been terrible.
Lindstein had quite a few poor passes in the first period. Agree on ASP atleast in the d zone.

Also Östlund plays Amazing hockey creates great chances and proceeds to miss the net with a meter and a half.

I would imagine Lekkerimäki scores 30 next year.
If he can stay healthy he could hit that in the SHL this season with a bit of luck and a hot streak.
