They said it was 6000 when they played Sweden in the group stage. That nation is truly different when it comes to hockey.

I thought Sweden had the better of play, they swarmed the puck and were the quicker team. Seemed to have more offensive pressure and were stronger defensively. They also seem to be larger and more physical. And I’m rooting for the USA.

I was in Mexico for the Michigan-Alabama game and it was mental, even with just the tourists.

Anyhoo, lots of time left - getting a goal on the board is always good to get the blood flowing for both teams.

phenomenal pace and intensity to this game so far. swedes predictably came out absolutely flying at home, usa fortunate to escape those first 10 unharmed.

smith and casey have been the biggest standouts, bc line overall was very good. great play from smith to perrault...those two share a brain.

Living in a college football town, it's wild how far people will go. I know of fans who flew to Utah in August just to see the local college team get smoked. It's not uncommon here and they aren't even good right now.
