The "jersey tuck" penalty needs to be strictly enforced in tournaments like these where fans are not familiar with players or their numbers.

Bunch of guys on the US tucking in their jersey making it even more difficult to read the numbers when the contrast on the numbers and the jersey color is already bad and hard to read.
