Several interesting options for this week. My original pick, The Saints, are now rightfully favored so I will take a flyer on the red hot Vikings & Savior Sam to keep it going......official pick:

Vikings over Texans

Texans favored by 2 & 1/2

Week 1: Packers over Eagles (L)
Week 2: G-Men over Commies (L)

Season: 0-2

Several interesting options for this week. But with the Eagles on a short week & having to travel and the Saints looking like a juggernaut, the official pick (for now pending odds shift) is:

Saints over Eagles

Eagles favored by 2 & 1/2

Week 1: Packers over Eagles (L)
Week 2: G-Men over Commies (L)

Season: 0-2
Depending upon how the Eagles look against the Falcons you expect that line to move closer to even money against the Saints. Right now it's easy to dismiss New Orleans as a mirage but they made it look very easy against Dallas. Maybe Dallas stinks but they are typically a pretty good team.

There’s a few good candidates but I keep picking the wrong one for this thread. I’ll go with Arizona over Detroit.
