Getting harder and harder to justify mcdavid being better than current MacKinnon. That ending was pathetic 3 on 2 in the corner you f***ing loose the battle and a fourth oilers doesn't decide to join until there's 5 seconds left just absolute stupidity to end the game.

+/- stat means nothing when you have Stuart Skinner in net. He is the worst goalie for any teams contending for a Cup. He will always be the 2nd best goalie in a playoff series, enough of him already and trade him for an upgrade.

Blackwood looked horrible but Skinner still somehow managed to be worse.

I didn’t expect the Oilers to go 3/3 vs Colorado. Sucks to lose but we’re going into the break pretty golden. Team is still 3rd overall in the league and they always play better down the stretch.

My biggest frustration with 97 is his body language and complete lack of effort in his own zone. It's brutal to watch him right now.

10000% earned that loss. From the very top down it’s clear this team is just not good enough to hang even with extremely flawed contenders like Colorado. No, loading up on points against the Chicagos and Detroits of the world doesn’t change that.

The good news is we now have two weeks to find solutions. The bad news is I am quite confident Bowman couldn’t find his own ass even if Jeff Jackson was holding a flashlight up to it.

We are heading for the most critical deadline of the McDrai era and I have zip, like zero confidence that Stan will get it right. Having heard what he thinks about the team’s construction just hours ago, why should I? Hell, why should anyone with two functioning eyes and at least one functioning neuron?
