I am begging them, give the Stars an actual chance. Give me a football team I can actually afford to see on a regular basis, and I'll be first in line for season tickets.

Stadium is the biggest problem. Subaru Park seems to be the only real possibility, and may not even be a good one.

If only Temple could get that stadium built!

Subaru Park would probably be fine, barring the parking situation, which remains a blight. IIRC, the DC Defenders played out of DC United's stadium, and it worked well; the question is whether Sugarman is interested.

I don't know that the scheduling works, and it's too big by half (or 3/4), but Franklin Field might not be the worst option in the world. Villanova Stadium could also be great; the capacity's probably spot on, the location's not terrible from my perspective (mileage may quite literally vary for South Jersey fans), and it's in active use for football, so they don't need to convert anything. The amenities are probably pretty OK, too.

Don’t think those stadiums are in good enough shape compared to what other teams are using.

MLS stadiums definitely seem to be the best fit for the UFL, I imagine if they go with Columbus and Louisville (which would be good choices IMO), imagine Columbus goes to Lower.com Field

I’m curious about the fields, because when the NFL plays in soccer stadiums, they’re very slick because they’re not made for football, and they tear up the fields. But I don’t hear about it when it applies state-side.
