I had Murphy 1-3, then Emmett 4 and 5. But some of those rounds could have gone either way. Thought Murphy was better and more effective overall, but the optics late in the fight weren't great.

I had a good amount of money on Emmett trying to dig myself out of the hole

Murphy won pretty clearly imo (was watching w sound off so wasn’t influenced by the broadcast). He more than doubled Emmett up on strikes and it’s not like Emmett did a ton with his takedowns (although one of the slams was high amplitude and it was sick). 3.5 min of ground control time ain’t gonna make up the difference there

Emmett wasn’t really landing all that much with the bombs he threw, Murphy was blocking the heavy majority of them. Checking out the stats now and they reflect that. He’s featherweight Leon
