Anybody see if there was a scorecard released? Curious if R1 was a 10-7. Nearly 5min of control time, battered the shit out of him, eye swollen shut, cut him multiple times.

Granted it was the French commission and the French dude was losing, so maybe not the best representation, but if that's not a 10-7, then that score might as well not even exist.

Yeah that's stupid. What's the point of guys that close fighting each other if there's nothing to gain or lose?

• Fiziev and Dariush are both coming off 2 losses, haven't won a fight in 2 years.
• Gamrot lost to a guy that was outside the top 10 but he stayed in the top 10.
• Chandler hasn't fought in 2 years, and is 1-3 before that (only beating a guy currently on and 8 fight losing streak).
• Holloway said he wants to fight featherweight next.

Those are the guys occupying the 5-10 rankings but the guy with 3 wins in the last 8 months, doesn't improve his ranking or crack the top 10 after being ranked 11 and beating the 12th ranked guy in a main event ... Makes sense.

Becuase Gaethje beat everyone else on the list lol. He beat Fiziev, Chandler, and Poirier, hard to put him lower than them.

But that brings up a good point of, if Max is going to be ranked at LW... How can he be ranked below the guy he just KO'd...
