Guy is nearing 40 and has 2 absolutely wicked KO losses in his last 4. It's not that he can't compete with low level guys, I just don't like seeing older dudes take more years off their lives. Even against Miller he got wobbled, and it tends to happen in most of his fights.

It all went downhill when he changed his name. Serves him right really.

The problem with the UFC and quality of some fighters is how many events the UFC has to put on now due to obligations.

Yeah some of these fight nights are pitiful. It was cool during covid when we were in lockdown. But now it seems overkill.

They also super stack some PPVs. So other PPVs feel less special as well.

I also dont think womens MMA is in a spot where it can headline so its usually only male divisions properly headlining events.

Anytime one of the fighters has 0 significant strikes landed in 10 minutes (only 8 thrown), you can understand why there might be boos.

Lemos was an underdog here, which was hard for me to believe but I guess it's cause of this ground game?

Lol wut? Lemos fought well and dominated 90% of the fight. Shes also top 5 and has some really exciting finishes in the UFC. She cant control how her opponent is going to fight.

Yeah 29-28 Gaethje with round 1 being the closest round. I think it was pretty clear, the significant head strikes told the tale if we're talking about scoring on damage. Good body kicks by Fiziev though.

Well, hopefully Ankalaev is smart enough to bait Pereira to think he’s going to stand up and then use his wrestling advantage
