I'm terrible at predicting Pereira fights. So I'll probably continue with my terrible prediction and say Rountree Jr. wins by knockout!

I hope Wonderboy beats Buckley. Buckley has been annoying recently.

Surprised to see Pennington on such a winning streak. She seemed to come across as a win one, lose one type of fighter. Maybe her wins have been so boring they feel like losses...

Pereira really is the golden goose for UFC at the moment, because without him on this card, it would be substantially weaker. Probably why they gave him a favourable opponent in Rountree. Although watch it backfire!

Holland fights are normally entertaining, so that will probably be the best fight of the night.

Looking forward to Aldo-Bautista the most. One of my all time favourites still being relevant after all these years. And remember, no one has looked good against Merab after he hit is stride but Aldo probably looked the least bad.

We all know Ankalaev should be getting the shot against Poaton but Rountree is no joke. He also has ridiculous power, and he has knocked out a kickboxing boxing legend in MMA before.

Pennington vs Pena is just lol. I don't want to be one of those guys who shits on WMMA for no good reason but this is probably the least interesting title fight I've seen in years? Ever?

Speaking of shitting on WMMA, Esparza is a 2 time champ and about to retire on the early prelims lol

UFC 185 when Esparza lost the belt to Joanna Champion was around when I started following the UFC and caught just about every PPV and major card after that for many, many years. Hard to believe it was almost a decade ago...

Hell baby
I think there’s a bunch of live dawgs on this card

Rodriguez, Aldo, Dolidze

OSP by sub +800 is interesting- Spann loves his guillotine and if he tries it on the VonPreux king that could be a mistake. Spann still likely wins but he’s a particularly dumb fighter who you can’t count on

Pennington has the personality of a wet carrot. Seriously, completely unmarketable.

7 fight parlay:

Means -225
Spann -350
Buckley -188
Harrison -700 (not sure why i did this)
Aldo +130
Pena +150
Rountree +350

$10 returns $700 or something.

I have since Spann’s guillotines and

1) it’s probably the best singular submission anybody has at 205, once it’s wrapped up it’s pretty much over. He’s got such long arms and that helps a bunch

2) he tends to keep his guillotine standing so A) he’s essentially hanging the guy with his height/length and B) there won’t be an opportunity for the Von Preux

So I’m avoiding that fight

I ended up doing a half a unit Hail Mary on Spann by sub round 1 +950 after watching his guillotines because i had a little money left to play with and I wanted action on another fight to be less bored lol

Desperately needed that W

Awful reffing here, probably should have seen 2 points deducted in the 2nd round. There was 4 fouls in under 2 minutes, 2 were missed, and there was not even a warning?

Edit: Another missed one in the 3rd plus three clinch separations after ... 5 seconds?

I understand there's close fights but 29-28, 29-28, and 27-30 should never happen. I had it 29-28 Hernandez but don't see how you can give Hubbard both round 1 and 2.

Worst I’ve ever seen

29-28 either direction would’ve made sense to me, 30-27 Hubbard is insane

That’s a bullshut décision Rodriguez did way more damage and landed the cleaner shots all night.
