Noesen had a career high in goals last year of 14 helped by his time on the 2nd PP unit all year, to tie him with Jordan Martinook.

Totally agree. Love the player. The contract is fine. Just doesn't fit for how the Canes use him. He probably gets the 3rd line minutes in jersey to justify the contract.
