You are very optimistic, I like it. Sadly this team looks weird from the very first friendly agaisnt Latvia. They should be strong on the paper, but it kinda doesnt work.

The point is that shooting the puck over the glass is dangerous. Getting lucky and having it land in the bench doesn't change anything.

Mews looks a lot like Brandt Clarke. Very similar style. Especially the skating. It’s a bit awkward, but extremely effective. The offensive toolkit is similar as well. Not saying he has Clarke’s upside

Canada is a powerhouse this year. They should go all the way, but of course anything can happen once you get to Semis/Finals in a best of one.
