Canada is looking pretty good in both games, so far.

Hard to watch and listen to both games though:laugh:

Russia scored, Sweden scored. Canada White had great shifts but just can't get any good opportunities.

1-1 Red vs Russia, 1-0 Sweden vs White.

Wondering when Canada White will get a real PP. White needs to get passes infront, Swedes are just collapsing infront of the goalie so get the one-timers or just take the puck to the net and overpower the defenders.

Nylander looks good. He's not skating laps around the other teams like his brother did but he's dangerous with the puck.

I fear they will go to full defensive mode the next period, not the first time that happens on this level. They have to continue to play.

Individual talent wise they're on par. Certainly not on a team basis.

They have some skilled puck handling players, but they do not play as a team and not much heart or effort. Once they are down they look lost

Looks like Sweden is going into full Leksand-defensive mode

Could also go with the Leksand defence combined with the Örebros shot-from-blue-trickles-in-somehow trick ;)

things aren't looking good for team Canada. They all might be eliminated today
