It's an entertaining game. Slovaks are quite well composed and although less skillful, they still get into chances and are competitive. Definitely feared this would look worse after yesterday's Sweden's blowout against the States.

What the hell happened in the 3rd period of SVK - USA game? I left for 12 minutes when it was 2-6, and I missed 8 goals.
It was a "defense optional" third period. Slovaks best offense was the US power play

What an embarrassing effort. It’s quite clear that Slovak hockey players will never develop the skating skills that other nations have, even Swiss are much better skaters. Just let Slovak hockey die, it’s time to move on. There’s no fixing it and I don’t care what handzus says, the score should’ve been 20-5 if USA didn’t botch so many chances. Gg just shift all investment to football, we can become the next Croatia. Would any of you Slovaks rather be average at both sports, or potentially top 20 consistently in the biggest sport? This is frustrating

Finland's looking so freaking bad. I guess they only decided to play for 1 period this tournament.

Finally Belarus got goalies who can stop the puck. Also that 1999-2003 generation is golden for the country. U17 team recently outplayed Finland 4:2 at the European Youth Olympic Festival without all the best 2002 players who participate at this WJC.

Belarus is a one line team. 9-13-11. Oksentyuk is trying to win alone.
