Thanks for your time, effort and "try" while a Jet. The fans all appreciate your playing here. Some for the good, some for the Not-so, as in appreciate your time is done. Me, ? and yes, appreciate your play more than not. For our roster, youngsters I am happy for the "opening"for them, and for you TM off to VCR.
All the best there! By the way"your new contract $will equal about $4 mil Manitoba dough". Just saying...

But vitriol? I haven't seen a criticized Jets player receive more balanced criticism on HF than him. Wheeler gets at least 6 times the vitriol, and is far closer in value to his contract than Myers.

Good person, team-mate, for the organization and community.
Just some of his brain-farts, give-aways, guffaws stood out taller than he does normally! Always expected more out of him, expecting him to make the better play more often I guess, and with size to be capable of better shut-down, defensively steadier?

Agree with you on the business end of it. If Chevy could have convinced him to stay on a 1 or 2 year max deal for close to $5 mil...might have been good for the Jets? Done tho and all the best Tyler & family.

Yes, I get your point. Just absolutely not doable by or for Jets future going forward. Yes, if a reasonable forward replacement (on the cheap) for Perreault and as boring as a later round pick/low-end prospect for Kulikov could have been done first, then re-sign Myers to "what he got/took from VCR".

I agree he will be missed, for his play. Just always wanted more, or the better-plays-Myers consistently.
