Post-Game Talk: Two Teams No Cups (MIN @ NSH)

I think these games are several factors, we are starting to put pucks in the net, teams are overlooking us a bit, and I think you have some teams starting to slide back reality.

In this one, while I think the ZLH situation played a part, I think the Wild are starting to slide back to reality. This is a Hynes coached team, they tend to start hot and then fall off a cliff.

When you look at their record there are oddities there, they barely lose on the road and are basically. 500 at home, that's essentially the opposite of how things work. They have injuries, but I have a feeling they end up backing into these playoffs.

The plus and minus of having a guy like ZLH is he is a shit stirring guy. Last night Faber, Minnesota's top d man, stupidly thought ZLH had hit Rossi with something dirty, went after ZLH and got a penalty. We score on the ensuing power play and that's when it was game. ZLH was in their heads for the first half of the game and Minnesota only at the end started to worry about hockey.

On the other side, ZLH could do some stuff that puts your team shorthanded or make your team answer the bell rather than play hockey.

Personally, I like having a guy like ZLH on our team. I miss having a little ball of hate like Tootoo around.

I know I've been the tank commander here for a while but beating Minnesota always feels sweet, so I'll take it.
