Why do Sabres? They get a franchise center, a good young middle 6 winger, sizeable and tough right sided dman. For Cozens who makes too much and is struggling to get anywhere near the form of two yrs ago, a good young dman and an expiring deal.

Pretty bad for the sabres. Canucks do it in a heart beat. Hoglander aand Desharnais need to go, they are dragging the team down. Canucks over paid for Desharnais thinking he was a 5/6 guy and clearly he is not. HE has no value. There is a reason why we made him a healthy scratch. And Buffalo retaining 50% in pretty funny. Zucker with 25% retention for Jt Miller makes more sense
