Basically I am in limbo right now, I am waiting for my telus appointment on tuesday to come and repair something and after getting so mad at them i started looking around at other options. Shaw didn't surprise me with anything and i looked at Vmedia but read some things about their picture quality not up to modern standards and customer service is spotty and their box has to save to an external drive.
i'm looking for a few simple things with internet:
- unlimited bandwith ideal, however could accept 300ish gb a month
- 25 or so mbps
i'm a little more particular with the tv, looking for a provider that i can get the following from (and from their box)
- nhl center ice / or atleast the sportnets
- netflix capability through box
- crave tv
- an on demand type system (like telus/shaw) that has current tv shows / movies
- the hbo/showtime stuff to watch the current shows as they are out, not waiting half a year to get them on crave
what are some of the options out there if anyone here has found something they love and swear by. this post is brought to you by my re-discovered disdain for Telus
