Never understood why some called their Aunts an insect. Totally different word.

I never put it together until much later but on my dad's side (paternal grandma was born in NY), the aunts are ants, Ant Mary, Ant Theresa, etc. but on my mom's side (maternal grandma born in MA) they're Aunt Allison, etc.
