Me too. I still renew my 3 kids memberships even though they’re grown adults as a Christmas gift. Been doing so since they got their licenses.

Gives me peace of mind.
Same here. We've needed it maybe four times, but the peace of mind is worth it.

Plus we get travel discounts so the membership pays for itself. And the exchange rate is cheap if you need foreign currency; and you can avoid the RMV by renewing your license there. Lots to like.

10 years ago today, this man brought the house down at our wedding, took the time to sign our guest book, hung out for over an hour, and I’m pretty sure hit on my mom

To this day, my family calls his Uncle Rene

Such a nice person. We hired him to sing the anthems for a USA Disabled Hockey festival. I thought he'd sing and take off. He stuck around to watch games, and chatted with me because he had lots of questions about the different disciplines. I was totally impressed with him as a human being.

I am not a horror movie fan so I don't have a big repertoire to pull from, but that movie had me on edge the entire time.
It’s the setting for sure. It gets you in a chokehold before the monsters ever even make the appearance. I love that there aren’t any tricks either. Women go into cave. Women get lost in cave. Monsters in the cave. Bad things happen. That’s it. Such a simple recipe and it works so well

I am beyond exhausted. A friend helped and between her SUV and mine we got clothes, pictures, lamps, and other stuff moved to the new place.

Got over 13,000 steps in today. After tomorrow I'm not sure my body will want to move for a month

Bigger question is what does she see in him other than gold
My wife and I were talking about that just the other day. These are 2 adults.

One's a 72 year old single guy who has a 24yr old interested in a relationship with him, for whatever reason. The other is a 24yr old woman interested in a relationship with a 72yr old retired football coach. Not sure which is more odd, TBH.

That's offsetting minors and 4 on 4 hockey in my book....

Agree, super nice guy.

When we picked our wedding date the first thing we did was check the Bruins schedule. There was a home game that night, but by this time Rene had stopped singing at every game and was only doing certain games. Got it all arranged for him to come, timing, etc.

Got a call from his agent like 4 days before the wedding that Mayor Menino was being honored before the game on the wedding day and he wouldn’t be able to make it. I had my one and only bridezilla moment and said that wouldn’t work for me.

The next day I had a voicemail from Rene himself (which I’ve saved, along with his number ) saying he didn’t want to disappoint great Bruins fans and he’d sing the anthem, get in his car and drive to our wedding if we’d be willing to change the timeline. No brainer - he basically opened up the dance floor after dinner and it was perfect.

Todd Angilly is married to a girl I went to high school with and he’s also a super nice guy, but I’ll always be a Rene girl.
