This is it. This game is the TSN turning point. Last season the Leafs were embarrassed around this point, the media was getting loud, fans were not happy. Then they managed to barely grind out a win against the Hawks who were garbage. And that was all it took to get the team rolling to the best month in team history.

Tonight is that game for us. We SHOULD beat these guys given we are rested and they aren't. We are getting their backup and we have Sammy. Doesn't matter how - JUST WIN - and this is where the season turns around.

I’m thinking they’ll win tonight.

I see them playing just well enough to keep the flies off for a few days.

I hope you are right but I hate this match up.

You know a Torts team will jump on the Leafs right away and work hard. And Toronto starts slow and often get out worked.
Philly played last night so we should have the advantage but this is exactly the type of team we struggle with.

Here we go, folks.

Not sure how I feel about yet another potential righting of the ship with a string of wins here. We've seen in before and the results are always the same. A loss and more losses might force some major changes, right the ship for the long term, and get us over the hump finally.
This is pretty much where I’m at as well. I feel like a winning streak just defers changes that are needed.
