I actually like TSN’s Top 50 players

They have a bunch personalties submit their lists from all the former players who appear on the radio to the general guys.
20 is a better sample than NHL.com who has like 6

Look at Panarin and Quinn Hughes rankings from last year compared last year

Panarin shouldnt be anywhere near Quinn Hughes on a best-of list, though

And what are you going to say next year when they still put him top 5 or even top 3 😂 ?
then it'll just be a desire for attention instead of a desire for attention combined with also literally owning the team

Sale is expected to close mid 2025... But yeah okay sure they'll still own the team

And just like I figured, youll just move the goal posts for another reason 👍

Thanks for confirming.

I said they wouldn't still own the team not that they would?

and it doesn't even really matter how Matthews performs as far as lists like these go, he was 5th on last years list even though he was literally coming off a year where he was 22nd in the league in scoring

Maybe because these lists aren't strictly considering the previous season.

Dislike the guy all you want but he's at worst like the 6th worst skater in the league, so someone else putting him higher on the list in the 2-6 range shouldn't bother you this much.

he's been in the top 5 in points one time in his entire career

it was the shortened COVID season and he was tied for 5th

Demko not being in top 50 is wild. I would take Demko over Wyatt freaking Johnston when it comes to building a team.
