@Rich_Hammond: Once again, Kings practice has been canceled because of building maintenance. They've got issues at TSC.

@Rich_Hammond: Was just talking last night to Kings exec about lack of practice options in area, if TSC were to be down long-term. There aren't many.


@Rich_Hammond: I'm told its (yet another) ice issue at Kings' practice rink. I don't know if there was an outage yesterday or not.

This appears to be some kind of electrical problem. not a problem with the ice specifically.

Work on Nash St. just a few doors down. It has been an El Segundo problem. We have had numerous outages.

Winnipeg has rinks that are still used regularly from the 50's. 2000 is pretty recent for an arena.

Is there really no other options? That's crazy. How far is the Ducks practice facility? That's a fairly nice rink, we play there for a high school tournament when out team heads down there in November.

All the rinks in SoCal have ice issues, it's gotten worse recently. TSC should have it's own generators though, doesn't a solar company advertise with the Kings?
