Indeed, Konecny would be among top and key forwards on any NHL team, that includes also the current top contenders - therefore he would be on top 2 lines.
You also have to take into account the fact that if you want to have Konecny, eg. on Tampa, then it is likely Tampa will not be able to maintain all their current top wingers - they would have hard time fitting all of them - Kucherov, Hagel, Guentzel, Konecny - under the cap hit, and at the same time keep their other important players on other positions.
Btw, trying to compare T. Bertuzzi to Konecny (or their situations) is actually quite ridiculous (as I've seen in this thread, post #9). Konecny is nearly point-per-game player for 3 seasons in a row now. T. Bertuzzi has 1 isolated nearly point-per-game season, and that is already three years ago.
