Travis Green [Head Coach]

Yet he makes far more money than you. How does that make you feel?

Another crazy stat:

Gaudette only has 3 goals and 5 points in his last 39 games

And despite going on a massive cold streak in the second half of the season he's still got an unsustainably high shooting percentage at 19.8%, suggesting he's lucky to even have amount of goals and points he has now at this point in the year.

Yet he hasn't been sat once. Gets to plod around the ice game after game accomplishing nothing.

Where is the accountability?

I have been impressed with Green in general, but his handling of Hamonic and Gaudette in particular are the 2 biggest disappointments. Forsberg starting yesterday was a mistake imo and it guaranteed he gets 2 of 4 with a back to back this weekend.

I've even stuck up for Hamonic at times, but he plays way too much and shouldn't be in when at full health. Not even giving the guy a chance to succeed by putting him in a role he can't handle anymore.

I don't really gaf about the Jack Adams or if Green gets votes but I think he's done a great job overall. The transformation of the team has been excellent. He gets a good share of credit along with Staios for that.

I don't like the Gaudette, Hamonic choices as much as anyone but .. Gaudette helped early on with some goals and Hamonic is a vet D that plays hard if not well. I understand the choice early in the season with rookie Kleven coming in .. he maybe was too loyal to these guys. Neither should be here next year.

Green's undoubtedly been a net positive addition, despite his favoratism and questionable roster decisions.

Definitely not a Jack Adams candidate though. For him to be considered the coach of the year while being at the head of a wildcard team, that would imply our roster is bad and he's squeezing everything he can possibly get out of it, when in reality on paper this team is absolutely a playoff team and we're basically meeting expectations this year rather than handily exceeding them.

Remember how everyone wanted Roy instead of Green? Looks like we dodged a bullet after all.

Can you imagine having this guy? Way too emotional and hot headed, especially for a young team. What a train wreck. We needed someone with a patient, even keel approach like Green has given us.

Duclair has indeed been god awful for them.

Another horrible signing from Lamoreillo. Don't blame Roy for being frustrated with Duclair one bit.

Wasn't Roy off the table before Green became a serious option?
I remember a lot of Hockeydb analysis on not wanting Green.. and some of those people refuse to let go of that
