Come on, it's just bounces and it's just the 1st period.

I'd rather be in the Rangers' position here than the Canes'. Dominating play > leading on the scoreboard, at least in the 1st period. Especially in a prospect game where the final outcome is meaningless.

I can also add that their goal was an unassisted SHG, stuff happens.

Miller and McIlrath don't need to be there. They'll both be playing NHL/AHL hockey this year. TC doesn't do anything for them developmentally.
