I said contending teams, not league-wide.

Sure, he may play top 4 in SJ or Calgary, but on Vegas, Tampa, Edmonton. Dallas he's not.
He's better than Hauge, Moser, Emberson, Capobianco, and Dumba who are all projected to play top 4 for those teams this year. Guy is a top 4 D on a contender all day long.

They're close; I go with them due to price and age. Emberson is also underrated, though.

But he's not better than Theodore, Pietrangelo, Hanifin, and Whitecloud.

In Edmonton, Ekholm and Nurse keep him out of the top 4 LD spots, and the same is true in Dallas with Heiskanen, obviously, but also Harley.

Tampa has Hedman and McDonagh, with Moser being close.

Boston has Lindholm and Lohrei


The only two I found were NYR and Florida, where he has a shot. Lindgren is "meh," but Florida has Mikkola, who could do a similar job for half the price.
