Terms are relative. A rebuild to one person may not be a rebuild to another. Ottawa went and is going through a rebuild. Will Habs do they same? Absolutely not. But if you think getting a no. 1 C, a no. 1 W, a no. 1 D, a top 6 W, and a future goalie is considered a rebuild by some, then yes the Habs are going through a rebuild.
