PK has a 9m cap hit but his actual salary is negligible, he was owed 8m this year and got 6m in a signing bonus. The third team just has to retain a part of what’s left of his 2m salary, so it won’t cost too much to get done.

There is no reason he couldn't go somewhere else for a couple months while his family stays in Detroit.

I’d add Lindholm to this list despite Anaheim’s standings position. if he doesn’t sign by the deadline he’s gone. they’re in no position to squander the opportunity to acquire more futures by using him as an own-rental for what would be *at best* a 2-round stay in the playoffs.
