Every single one of Scott Hannens defensive stats is dead last on Nashville. He is atrocious, a huge liability.

On Ice SV% is .894, next worst is Ellis with .915.

On Ice +- differential is -1.11 (worst on the team). Meaning the team gives up 1.11 more goals per 60 minutes when Hannen is on the as opposed to when he is sitting on the bench.

Worst corsi at -8.97

Worst PDO 894

There is not one redeeming stat in his stat line. He's utterly worthless.

There's so many better choices for a D player then Hannan for what DW gave up.

Not impressed.

yup, garbage deal.

Based on the conditions of the pick, I think DW just got him to be the 7th dman.

And Todd, will probably play him steady and as one of our regular six D.

#SJSharks conditional deal for Hannan: NSH gets 7th round pick, but if he sees action in a playoff game, that moves up to 6th.

Another great move by DW. Shows the guys in the locker room that he believes in them making a run. Adds a character player that many guys already like and respect so it won't effect chemistry. Provides more depth at d for a playoff push incase Demers is out indefinitely. He also didn't overpay. And even though he said no rentals, that was prior to Demers injury.

At least it'll be hard to misspell Boole.

:sarcasm:

"Skille had the puck taken from him on a Grass poke check, only the puck bounced around off skates and Dan Boole’s downed stick.

The Panthers bounced back at 7:53 of the period when Stephen Weiss' soft shot somehow found its way past defender Douglas Murray and goalie Thomas Grass. The Sharks answered and made it 2-1 when Jamie McKinney charged through the slot and one-timed a nice pass from Michael Handguns past Clemmensen."

Best news report ever.

Who's the ****** on Sportsnet in a leather jacket and sunglasses? Said the Hannan deal was a trade just to make a trade... like the Sharks haven't done anything and needed to make a move.
