Sharks just traded another Goalie, assuming they’ll need another one. Leevi has nothing else left to prove, he’s dominated in the AHL and shown that he can play in the NHL level. He can learn a lot from Ullmark, we can have a 1a 1b tandem.

I saw nick robertson up on the tsn trade bait list. I know everyone shits on him, but I think long term he's a player that can fill out his game and wouldn't break the bank.

Teams might not be sold on Ryan Donato as one of the top players for the TDL. His production might be seen as the consequence of being on a rebuilding team.

My guess would be that Donato falls into the tier of players that teams are offering a 2nd+ type return on, which is still a lot, but Chicago wants a 1st for him, or a 2nd and a juicier piece, like an Ostapchuk.

I just cold called the CTC and tried to pull a fast one by asking them what time the Rantanen jerseys go on sale, and they seemed confused/asked me if he was someone on Belleville.

Sounds like Cozens, according to Garrioch. So about that debate we had yesterday about who has more value... turns out it's equal!

Less injury risk, save 800k on cap and quite a bit in actual cash I guess... but seems like a lateral move. Sabres fans say Cozens is clueless about defending, so that's not great.
