He had 29pts in 62 games for a 38pt pace. Certainly not 50pts.Right but 13 in 27 is still 40pt pace. If they would have show casednhim you don’t think he could have paced 50?

Yes and how was he utilized for the last 20+ games of that? I’m just saying they wrecked his value. That’s not hard to comprehend here. You’re being obtuse. Hyperbole doesn’t really play here. Seems like a bit.He had 29pts in 62 games for a 38pt pace. Certainly not 50pts.
How he was utilized? Things only changed because his play catered. He struggled in the PP long before he was benched.Yes and how was he utilized for the last 20+ games of that? He was scratched , he was publicly called out. He was benched during games. Like usual they tried to make a round peg fit in a square hole and it ruined his mojo. He’s an offensive dman and they wanted Spurgeon. Now they took what could have been an asset to some other team and made it a liability to themselves. Like I said , idiotic asset management. I have zero issue with moving Addison. I have significant issue with purposefully tanking his value and then getting rid of him for nothing. How he was utilized? I think it was in Feb when Goligoski started taking games away from him.
They didn't tank his value. If anything, Addison tanked Addison's value. He was told he needed to be better on the back end. What did he do, to our knowledge, to do so? Nothing. He was scratched , he was publicly called out. He was benched during games. Like usual they tried to make a round peg fit in a square hole and it ruined his mojo. Because he sucked. It's not like he was on fire when these things happened, he was already playing like shit, which was why nobody was all that upset when he was scratched. He was scratched , he was publicly called out. Addison tanked his value because he sucks at D. Well he’s always sucked at D and he was a PP specialist. He was succeeding there and that has value. They didn't tank his value. Piss poor asset managementBecause he sucked. It's not like he was on fire when these things happened, he was already playing like shit, which was why nobody was all that upset when he was scratched.
He earned all of that. The PP had already turned sour.
Until he wasn't. You're not acknowledging his PP struggles. He was succeeding there and that has value.
I’d be curious to see how his PP struggles corresponded to him being excoriated , benched and scratched as they tried to get him to change his game. Maybe I’m off baseUntil he wasn't. You're not acknowledging his PP struggles.
A PP specialist has value on the PP only. If he struggles there, he's tanking his own value.
Well, considering his game hasn't changed, I would say "Not much"I’d be curious to see how his PP struggles corresponded to him being excoriated , benched and scratched as they tried to get him to change his game. Maybe I’m off base
I was just told his game changedWell, considering his game hasn't changed, I would say "Not much"
I was commenting to his defensive game.I was just told his game changed

I didnt know they where both right handed. In the grand scheme of things i would keep addy. Hes still developing and is capable of doing better in the dzone.A RHD playing offhanded when there are a bunch of LHD prospects that should be pushing for the roster after 2 more full AHL seasons.
He’s a tweezer probablySo, Ryan Johnson hasn't signed with Buffalo yet. i know we have a lot of LHD prospects, but none are ready to be in the NHL yet. Would he be a good signing, and one ready to play in the NHL?
He didn't really stick out to me in college, but I thought he was pretty solid defensively, is a really nice skater, and can handle the puck.
Don't see much there, but I also didn't see much with Lindgren either, so who knows. So, Ryan Johnson hasn't signed with Buffalo yet. i know we have a lot of LHD prospects, but none are ready to be in the NHL yet. Would he be a good signing, and one ready to play in the NHL?

Not to mention he was virtually ineffective without Kap.I’ll be interested to see if Guerin trades Zuccarello this offseason. He produced pretty well this year and should have a market. Would probably allow us to bring back Gus, Gus, and Mojo
Not to mention he was clearly off his game long before Kap was out as well. Not to mention he was virtually ineffective without Kap.
You want Kaprizov pissed off?I’ll be interested to see if Guerin trades Zuccarello this offseason. He produced pretty well this year and should have a market. Would probably allow us to bring back Gus, Gus, and Mojo

Guess I have to find a source on why they want to re-sign Zuccarello, listen to Evason (starts 05:42)
Won't help much if the superstar isn't happy...I don’t really give a shit if Kaprizov is pissed off. I’m trying to build the best team possible and he needs to respect that. I don’t care to watch a meh team with Kaprizov. I want to watch a good team with Kaprizov
