I've seen him respond to people on Twitter (sorry Elon, your name is stupid... and so is "X"). If you want him to see it, that seems like a good place to post.I wonder what you could get for Chisholm + Hartman. Also, I wonder if Hartman reads HF, because last night was his best game in a long time.
Like 8 years from now. What would be the latest date you'd trade Kaprizov? Draft? Beginning of the season? Christmas break? All-Star break? Trade deadline.
If they can get him to waive his NMC.
Assuming you mean if he won't sign, I wouldn't wait until the season started, I'd do it in the off-season. Best to get it done before free agency, when teams will be filling up their cap space. What would be the latest date you'd trade Kaprizov? Draft? Beginning of the season? Christmas break? Makes sense. I think his effort has been questionable at times during his recent cold stretch. He’s never been treated as equal to Boldy & Faber, fair or not, and his agent is a known blowhard, as is Billy G. Was never going to be an easy negotiationThe end of the Worst Seats in the House podcast had alarm bells on the Rossi front:
-Russo referenced that Joe Smith (in an article?) said that it’s 70% likely the Wild trade Rossi this summer.
-Russo said that number is likely higher.
-Russo also said that the front office and Rossi’s camp are “not close” (he emphasized this as REALLY not close) in terms of what they think Rossi is worth contract wise.
Interesting.
It’s probably tough to bring the effort night in and night out when you know the management of the team your playing for doesn’t value you at all because you aren’t big and slowMakes sense. I don't like this unless they're getting a 70-80 point two-way center back. Or a 90-100 point one-way center. The end of the Worst Seats in the House podcast had alarm bells on the Rossi front:

I look forward to Rossi doing well with his new club and for it to backfire spectacularly in Billy's face. The end of the Worst Seats in the House podcast had alarm bells on the Rossi front:

I don't. The fans lose the mostI look forward to Rossi doing well with his new club and for it to backfire spectacularly in Billy's face.
Loyalty is a two way street. Rossi worked his ass off during the offseason, staying in town to train instead of going home, and everything that i've heard of him character wise is positive. meanwhile, for the Wild management, we keep hearing rumors about trading him. For what, improving too much, despite being stuck with lousy linemates for much of his time here?i still find it very hard to believe that rossi doesn't have some loyalty to mn after we stuck with him through his health problems. i think a reasonable deal will get done. this summer we should be able to pick up a good ufa goal scorer for 6 mill without trading assets.
I think Foligno should waive his no trade clause if he wants to advocate for Minnesota to make shortsighted moves. This team needs to focus on building toward the future. Younger, faster, more skill, and bigger.im guessing you guys already read this but foligno told russo he wasn't really happy billy didn't go 4 it at the deadline (not exact words). i think billy should not have done anything especially considering the health of our team. what say you.
I heard that, and Russo keeps mentioning Peterka as a target for them. Peterka is a fine young player, but he isn't a Center. Who is going to play top 6C for us if Rossi is traded? Yurov is a guy coming off an injury filled season, and even before being injured, was scoring at a .5 P/PG pace in the KHL. That is not a top 6 C.The end of the Worst Seats in the House podcast had alarm bells on the Rossi front:

So many teams have cap space. With the floodgates open, prices will be insane. I tend to agree with Russo that Guerin will be more aggressive in trades than he will be in FA.i still find it very hard to believe that rossi doesn't have some loyalty to mn after we stuck with him through his health problems. i think a reasonable deal will get done. this summer we should be able to pick up a good ufa goal scorer for 6 mill without trading assets.
McTavish, Pinto make a lot of sense. I’m hoping it’s Barzal. I’d probably be open to rolling the dice on EP too, such a rare talent.McTavish?
Pinto seems like a downgrade, to me. We need an offensive threat at C- we've got our defensive guy in JEE. I like Barzal, but not his age(soon to be 28 yo). Both he and EP are intriguing, but are having awful seasons, and both have big cap hits that they are not living up to. With the cap space that we have next year, we can possibly entice VAN or NYI to get out from under those cap hits by sending them ELC/RFA player such as Rossi and Ohgren, allowing them to clear cap should they wish to go in that direction.McTavish, Pinto make a lot of sense.
