The fact that the Canucks canceled practice yesterday and morning skate today with all the added drama I feel like this a game they come out flying.
The Leafs have no killer instinct.
I think some of you guys are more dramatic that Monreal fans. Vancouver is going to come out flying? With what? No Miller, likely no Hughes, a crappy home record and coming off a rousing win against...San Jose? I'm sure this game will be reasonably close, but the Leafs should have a pretty big advantage in this one.

As a Leaf fan you have trust in this team in this situation?

Goaltending, whether it's Stolarz or Woll, along with opportunistic scoring from the big 4, will win this game for us. I really think they'll put a good game together tonight. I also think the 2nd line will have a good night. The other night that puck was like a super ball on their sticks.

What situation? It's a road game against a much less talented team. Was everyone this worried going into the Calgary or Seattle games?

Ultimately, these games mean very little. The leafs will win the division, but they won't win the conference barring an unexpected Washington collapse, so it's just a matter of who they acquire at the deadline and which team finishes in the first wild card spot.

Well there goes that dream.

In the midst of a slump, I think Matty needs to actually cash tonight (score, in a big way) for this long-awaited Domi reunion experiment to ever have any legs again.
It’s already got legs I’m waiting for the coach to put Willy with bobby and Mitchy with jt

Leafs are 21st in goals against since Jan 1 and 19th in xGA/60 in that timeframe

Would be good for us to hone in defensively a bit more. Getting Stolarz back will help the raw numbers but we are giving up more than we should

Good news is the offence is getting back into a groove, #8 in goals for since Jan 1

I hate the term "scheduled loss" Is this team gunning to be champions or what? They can't sit on their laurels. If I was Berube and they played poorly in a loss I would be pissed. That's not a sign of a team that wants to win a championship in June. It's a sign of a team that thinks their shit don't stink. I want to see a good effort tonight. It's the last game for Vancouver too, so that's no excuse. Championship habits are built now. They don't magically appear in April or May.

Who’s using the term “scheduled loss”?

The Leafs always struggle in Vancouver and have a poor record there. Guaranteed loss night IMO.

Just hope they don’t play like dog shit and roll over

I think it’s human nature to look past this and start thinking vacation, we’ve all been there.
Hopefully Vancouver players are doing the same.
