Knies has the highest offensive upside here and the Leafs are desperate for scoring from outside their big 4. Hayton would be great but not worth the cost.

I would want Knies+1st for Guenther/Cooley/Keller which Utah won't want to do while I wouldnt want Crouse + Hayton for Knies

Clearly Utah is not trading any of Guenther/Cooley/Keller.

I would definitely be interested in Hayton in a separate deal (if possible) but Knies is simply untouchable.

Lawson Crouse is having a very down year. Hayton is... an interesting case. Not at all living up to his draft pedigree, but he's a useful player. All that said, as a Utah fan, I'd take this trade and run, because it doesn't strike me as very good value for Toronto at all.
