I'd imagine it will be 1st and 4th line vs 2nd and 3rd line. 1st and 4th pairing going up against the 1st and 3th line, 2nd and 3rd pairing going up against the 2nd and 3rd line.

Then fill in the rest with the extras however they see fit.

It's unclear to me if this is regionally blacked out? I don't live in the Leafs region, will I be able to watch this? Man I sure hope so because I am way too excited for this!!
