Oh yeah, as if it's not enough the NHL has the refs favour the southern teams, they have the gall to schedule two back to backs for us in the final 6 games of the season. Joke league.

I don't understand why they try to stretch it out so much.

Watch Florida last night, 3 short passes to get the puck out with everyone moving forward together.
We don’t have enough speed, offensive initiative/instinct, audacity, mobility, and puck-moving ability from our defense to move forward as a cohesive five man unit. Our defensemen either settle for the long stretch pass, or they clear the puck to center ice ( in order to avoid unnecessary icings and consecutive faceoffs in their own zone ) or they dump the puck on the boards because they don’t know any better. They struggle to make quick breakouts from their own zone, generate offense and maintain constant pressure in the opposing zone. Our D outside of OEL and Reilly are solid but unimaginative and conservative defensive defenseman who are better at shutdown offense and blocking shots than breaking out on the transition and create offense on the fly. They prefer to keep it safe and play within their strengths.

Treliving traded for him not long ago... 2nd, 3rd, and a 7th, I don't think he is going anywhere, seems like Treliving liked his game in 2022, likely still likes it.
Traded for him, and then let him walk at the end of the season. And Dubas signed him... he's still got another year, I believe.

They got their points but what happened to winning this game by a field goal?
Kicker got hurt.

To try and make the third line NHL level.

Jamcock is seen as a swiss army knife.. He was a few years ago.
His offense has taken a step back ever since he came back from his injury last season. He could still serve as a solid 4th liner, but that might be it at this stage of his career.
