Love watching Slater playing against Morgan. They were D partners and Room mates at Notre Dame on the Telus cup Midget championship team. Also best friends and both first round picks. Slater has had shoulder issues which cost him. Looks like he is finally settling in as a NHL D man

It's going to be a what if for sure. But to be honest him and Drai together are one of the best Duo's in the league and he didn't get close. I think on other teams he is asked to play more defense and it limits his totals. I do think he'd have a cup on any average team tho.

Mcdavid is always an electrifying player to watch in the offensive zone. If he had Matthews level shot I think he could be a threat to Lemiuex/Howe for a spot in the top 4 players all time. He would be a yearly 4 award threat
