Then when they don’t generate any points they get sent back down ….

But you used to put players in positions to succeed and allow for some positive points

Not the role they want filled. They want depth like Tampa has had. I think they feel good with current players in place and if they wanted a fit there they would get it in trade

Roster was 18 instead of 20 in the old days so teams typically played three lines, or sometimes four and dressed only 4 D..

Steeves and Anderson have both been impressive IMO.
