Feels like a tough one. Rangers should be up for this given their place in the standings. Leafs need all of their A game for this considering their injuries. Leafs need to goalie this one to win IMO

The Rangers are struggling this year but they are still a hard team to contain defensively because they got dangerous offensive weapons like Kreider/panarin/jt miller/lafreniere/Adam fox/k’andre miller in their lineup. And as a group, they still have a lot of speed.

This core of players on the rangers advanced to the eastern conference finals two times in the past three seasons, and last year they even won the president trophy. If they make one or two smart trades at the deadline, they might get back on track and save their season after all.

People are wondering why Reaves will play tonight instead of Steeves. Because annoying ass rempe will also be playing. He’s a dirty player who might severely injure one of our players if Reaves is not on the ice to keep him in check and deter him from hurting our players. Reaves utility and purpose are found in times like these, in games who might be more physical than usual. Force is the only language that brutes like him ( rempe) can understand.

Btw when it comes to the rags, don’t let their present position in the standings fool you, they’re still a tough team to beat with great goaltending. When he’s on God mode, Igor Shesterkin might be the best goaltender in the league.

We could face them in round 1 too. Very possible scenario as they are only 2 wins and 4 points away from a wildcard playoff spot.

Leafs shouldn’t take this team and this game for granted.
