Always liked the Hobbit. He is one of the players that is still close with some of the Bs.

He's so clearly a character that is easy to like, glad he's still close with many of the guys. I hope he's able to live a very fulfilling pain free life & enjoy what he earned.

I was a big Krug fan. One of the best undrafted free agents, great job by the Bruins for convincing him to sign out of college. I think I remember Sweeney got a lot of the credit for recruiting him. And then I remember they squeezed him as an RFA on a few deals, but he eventually got a couple nice paydays.

He had his flaws, but figured out what he had to do to maximize his talents and become a very effective player.

Those lasers he ripped by Lindqvist in his first playoffs were one hell of a way to announce his presence in the league.

Off topic, somehow Krejci is always the coolest guy in any group photo. I think he would be an amazing coach, I’d love to see him on the Bruins’ staff, but I don’t think he would have any interest unfortunately.
