I thoroughly enjoyed the interview and personally wished they could have kept him but understand the Blues deal would eventually dwarf a 5/30 I would feel was his value

He is a Bostonian family and lives here

His comments on Jimmy Hayes made you smile and want to shed a tear all at once

I miss Krug all 5’9 of him

winning is fun anx winning with Torey Krug all winning the better

Torey is a really good player but IMO for him to be a good factor in your system you need a top notch 1st and 2nd defense tandem in front of him.. he would be a #1D probably if he was bigger.

Always liked the Hobbit. He is one of the players that is still close with some of the Bs.

He and Marchand were the Bruins enforcers for one or two seasons while they were busy turning the other cheek otherwise.

His slapshot goals in his rookie playoffs were incredible.

I liked Today as a Bruin. Couldn't believe he signed with the Blues, ugh. He'll always just be a Bruin to me.

Sad his career is likely over though.

He certainly wasn't the biggest guy, but like Marchand, you can't measure heart.

Obviously, a guy who had limitations, but he always busted his tail on the ice.

Loved watching him play, and you could tell he loved being a Bruin.

Sad to see a guy like that go out because of an injury. Guy like him deserves to go out on his own terms.

I remember when Krug got nailed right in front of us at the Garden and didn't get up. Brad raced over to help his friend. They used to have a fake fight about who was taller but seemed to be real pals.

Tory also got along great with Pasta. Probably why he was in David's wedding.

It will be interesting to see what he does next. I have a feeling he will be working with some NHL team....maybe the Bs ?

Guy was all heart out there, and very skilled as well.

Krug was low-key one of my favourite Bruins of the last 20 years. I considered him a core member of the team right up until his final season with us. I’m thankful that I could cheer for him in a Bruins uniform for so much of his career.
