Wouldn't this have cost Toronto the $7500 paid to Utah? Utah would have paid Toronto for the initial claim, now Toronto has to pay them for the re-claim (unless I am misunderstanding how that works)For those interested, this cost Utah $7,500, paid to Toronto and not counted against the cap.
