In this 7 year stretch, it's just been those four players + Crosby twice. In total.

McDavid: 6 (5 1st, 1 2nd)
Matthews: 2 (1 1st, 1 2nd)
Draisaitl: 2 (1 1st, 1 2nd)
MacKinnon: 2 (0 1st, 2 2nd)
Crosby: 2 (0 1st, 2 2nd)

This year, MacKinnon will be the 1st AS and one of McDavid or Matthews will be 2nd AS.

So that'll be an 8 season stretch where 4 (plus Crosby) players have locked down all the centre AS teams.

Neat.

A very clearly defined top 4 centres recently, with Crosby sitting close too.

I think the top 4 is pretty easy, even with Draisaitl having a bit of a down season for him. Things get messy at 5 but I like Barkov’s track record and two/way play. Hughes is right there too if he can stay healthy and at the top of his game. Pettersson can be at that level but takes too many nights off. Crosby, Eichel and Point probably round out my top 10

I voted for Barzal. Don't get to see him much being out here in the West, but his highlight reel is pretty sick.

I think the votes more or less tell the story here. You have a clear top three (McDavid, MacKinnon, Matthews), a clear #4 (Draisaitl), and then a few guys in the mix for that fifth spot (EP, Crosby, Hughes, Barkov).

I don't think Crosby has a serious argument for top 5 at this stage of his career. Just don't see what he possibly has over Barkov, Hughes, EP.

Crosby is probably the one I'd take out of there too, just due to age but It's still not a terrible list.

Went with McDavid MacKinnon and Matthews, then for this year I went with the two Canucks.

Hard to argue with the results, two centers in the top 5 for points.
