One thing Pickering has that some big guys (like Graves) don’t is quick hands. Like if he needs to go from forehand to backhand or the other way around in tight or under some pressure. Compared to Graves who looks like he’s using a lead stick. That millisecond of extra time is enough to disrupt a pass or clear or rush him just enough it’s not a 100% play.

Pick a center and leave him there. That’s been the mo on Rak since he’s been here imo. He doesn’t do well when he’s constantly switching between 87 and 71s flank. Takes him a bit to get going again.

Im about a 4 hour drive from Nashville. Any of you guys been to their barn? Looks like fun but I don’t exactly want to get into it with a bunch of yokels either.

Was lucky enough to attend games there in the Finals in 17 - including the Cup Winner...even got to celebrate with the guys on the ice post-game. Great atmosphere. Arena is right on a main drag with lots of action. Highly recommend.

I've seen the Pens play there a couple times. It's OK. Nachos were so-so. Fans were about the same. It's not like being at an SEC football game.

I was hoping that he can bring juice to this line, they are mostly below line, easy to skate out, they got pinned Geno is way back so even if they get a good bounce he can’t catch up and 53 and 8 are just not skilled to do anything 2 on 2 . I really don’t like that line, it won’t last long
